Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By booking or attending swimming lessons with Nager London you understand and accept these terms and conditions and they will form part of the contract between us. Nager London reserves the right to vary these terms and conditions at any time.
Booking
Nager London lessons run throughout the year as rolling terms in accordance with published school term dates.
When signing up to Nager London for the first time, details of the courses you are booked into, the dates and times and the address of the venue will have been agreed with you in advance.
All correspondence from us will be sent to the person named as the customer on the booking confirmation. All regular communications from us will be sent in email format and it is your responsibility to inform us of any changes to your email address.
Guardian and Parent relationship with us
The class begins when the instructor accepts charge of the student from the parent or guardian and end when the student is returned to the designated point at the end of the swimming class. Although the instructor will undertake to hand the student back directly to the parent / guardian, the student is the full and sole responsibility of the parent / guardian when the student is returned to the designated pick up point at the end of the lesson. Parents/ guardians must stay on the pool premises at all times. The instructor can only be responsible for students during their classes and parents/ guardians are responsible at all other times.
Policy on Gift Certificate
Purchased gift vouchers are valid for the period of 6 months from the day of the purchase. Present the voucher on your arrival to your lesson. No cancellations once voucher was redeemed. Must redeem voucher within validity.

We take payment through the secure PayPal system and accept the following payment methods:
Payment Policy
When you pay for classes you will initially pay a deposit by PayPal. You may then complete a Direct Debit mandate online provided by us by email as a web link or continue with PayPal payments.
Whenever your card details change, or if you wish to change your card details for whatever reason, please get in touch with us via email or by a phone call.
All lessons need to be paid in advance before the time of us commercing our lessons.
If the course is being paid for by someone other than yourself, you are responsible for informing that person of our payment policies, deadlines etc., and relaying any communication with regard to re-booking or payments of any sort.
Refunds and Cancellation Policy
Nager London are not bound by the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
Nager London is under no obligation to refund or transfer your money in the event that you are unable to attend part of or the entire course, unless otherwise specified below:
If you are unable to attend a lesson or the entire course and we receive at least 24 hours notification of this we will issue you a Credit Note to your account to be used against future bookings which must be used within 6 months of the date of cancellation or the credit will be forfeited and no refunds shall be made. However, if less than 24 hours notification of your inability to attend is received we shall not offer any Credit Note for the unattended lesson.
Cancellation requests must be made in writing by email to coach@nager.london on or before the deadline dates provided upon booking. Beyond this date payments are still due and Nager London are under no obligation to provide a refund.
New Customers Refunds and Cancellation Policy
As a new Nager London swimmer you may cancel your contract with Nager London within 7 days of the date you receive a copy of these Terms and Conditions and we will refund your money.
Thereafter, Nager London is under no obligation to refund any part of the course fee.
Expiry Periods
All sessions must be completed within a 4 months period for packages of 6 lesson and 6 months for packages of 10 lessons.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
From time to time we may update these terms and conditions by sending you either an updated version or notification of minor changes. You are free to not accept these changes but we would ask you to notify us in writing of your non acceptance within 7 days of your receipt, failing which we will be entitled to treat our agreement with you as being subject to the updated version.
These terms and conditions are attached to every email enquiry and are readily available on our website.
Any diversion from the above terms and conditions are gestures of goodwill on part of Nager London.
These conditions are implemented to ensure the smooth operation of your lessons.
